Lead response to well control emergencies and provide engineering support to oil and gas operating companies for blowouts, pressure control, and complex well intervention. • Prepare Worst Case Discharge, Relief Well Planning, and Dynamic Kill feasibility studies for critical wells worldwide.• Conduct well control modeling projects with transient multiphase simulators to define kick tolerance, evaluate Mud-Gas separator design, influx circulation through MPD systems, gas migration, thermal effects, and bullheading feasibility.• Audit well control equipment (and MPD systems) and assess field personnel for well control readiness.• Provide on-site support for critical drilling operations. • Plan and execute remedial operations for unconventional well intervention• Plan, design, and execute relief well drilling and dynamic kill operations• Prepare well or area-specific Well Control Emergency Response Plans and Intervention Plans• Serve as Managed Pressure and Underbalanced Drilling (MPD/UBO) Subject Matter Expert.• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior engineers.
