   Lead architect to redesign and deploy new Sitetracker QC Audit and Rework Management processes for our clients, integrating Salesforce automation and advanced workflow logic to streamline design engineering, permitting, and pole attachment processes. Designed and implemented reusable job, milestone, and project templates with dynamic page layouts. Developed automated flows for audit status progression, rework tracking, and vendor assignment, reducing manual coordination and improving cross-team visibility.
