In my role at Practice Solutions Ltd, I work across various health and social care projects, focusing on driving continuous improvement for client organisations. One of the key projects I lead is the Wales Mental Health and Wellbeing Forum, commissioned by the Welsh Government. I manage the day-to-day operations of the forum, including resource mobilisation, overseeing work packages, and ensuring seamless project delivery through regular monitoring and reporting of risks, opportunities, and issues.I have also been actively involved in other pieces of contract work including managing demand and capacity within the health workforce, and contributing to statutory wellbeing plans that aim to enhance mental health services across Wales.
