About Joshua Berling
Specializing in Workplace Investigations, Background Investigations, Organizational Leadership, Access Systems, Payroll, and Team Leadership. I have spent over 15 years working in various aspects of the Criminal Justice field in positions ranging from Security Officer to Manager. I am a member of ASIS International, and past Chapter President for the Cincinnati Tri-State Chapter. I was the Chapter Secretary for 2013, Chapter Vice Chairman for 2015, and am currently involved with several different aspects of chapter affairs.Additionally, I volunteer my time to serve the community by being a member of the Boone County Water Rescue (BCWR). BCWR is one of the top water rescue agencies in the country, and we use the newest technology and training techniques to better serve the Tri-state area. I have been a team member for a little over five years, and am currently serving as a Crew Member and Boat Operator. I am very active in both my career and in the community. I accept and look for new challenges, and I am a big believer that as a professional you never stop learning.
