I\'m the founder and director of the Lab, a new effort at Harvard to figure out a future for quality journalism in the Internet age. We study new business models, newsroom structures, and innovations in reporting, writing, and communication. I write for and edit our fast growing website and manage a staff of five. I also speak regularly at colleges, news organizations, and other organizations.
