Including telephony, back office functions aswell as account management. Managing all holidays for front office, back office aswell as middle management to ensure staffing requirements remain within contract. Weekly meetings with clients to understand needs and requirements to provide best possible service. Working closely alongside MI for all areas to ensure smooth efficient MI data to review and improve performance wherever possible. Provide KPI stats for various key stakeholders to review monthly performance.
