ABOUT JOSHUA YEARGIN
Joshua Yeargin, CPA, is a partner at CohnReznick. He has more than 20 years of diverse experience serving clients in the areas of federal, state, and international income tax. Joshua focuses on the multidisciplinary tax needs of global and multistate companies in the emerging and middle markets. In addition to Joshua’s expertise in public accounting, he has developed significant industry-specific knowledge, which provides him a unique perspective and an in-depth understanding to the challenges his clients face. He has managed and performed tax research, planning, consulting, and compliance projects for large and middle market companies that are both privately held and publicly traded, as well as high growth start-ups. He has extensive experience with complicated corporate structures with international and multi-state operations, as well as with providing support for mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions. Joshua also has a strong background in financial accounting with extensive experience in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and related SEC reporting, as well as experience implementing the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley 404 and accounting for uncertain tax positions (FIN 48). Prior to joining CohnReznick, Joshua spent time at national and regional public accounting firms, as well as with several large publicly traded companies.
