ABOUT JOSHUA WILLIAMS
I started working at Welsh Water in 2017 as a graduate within wastewater services and now work as a Wastewater Science Manager. My primary responsibility is to provide process support for treatment works compliance as well as overseeing planning approvals, trade effluent, and research and innovation into nitrous oxide based process emissions. I studied an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science at Lancaster university and then completed a master\'s in Sustainable Water Management. I am also studying part-time a master\'s in Water and Wastewater Engineering at Cranfield university. I also have a interest in improving the equality and diversity of the industry and play an active part in Welsh Water\'s EDI Network as an ambassador for the LGBT network group.
