About Joshua Warner

Experienced lawyer, Army Judge Advocate, prior combat and logistics officer, and prior enlisted infantryman. I currently work as a litigation associate where I represent clients in civil cases at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts. Besides litigating, I also serve as an Army Reserve Judge Advocate where I defend Soldiers in federal administrative and criminal proceedings. Prior to my current role, I served in the Active Duty Army and represented clients in high stakes matters ranging from criminal courts to administrative hearings. I also have experience advising decision makers at high levels within the federal government regarding compliance with national security law, foreign treaties, conflict of laws, law of armed conflict, labor and employment law, and fiscal law.I helped decision makers identify their goals and provided a framework that achieved their goals while also complying with the law. This would often lead to me researching complex areas of constitutional law and drafting policy proposals. No matter the problem, I will zealously and diligently advocate for my clients and use my unique background to help achieve their goals.
