ABOUT JOSHUA WARD

Joshua Ward is a 3rd generation native of Beaufort SC. He loves the Lowcountry and can\'t think of a better place to call home. He has seen Beaufort grow over the past several decades and is very knowledgeable regarding current development, local community news, and what to experience when visiting the area. Whether you are looking to play a round of golf or boat the intercoastal waterways, the Lowcountry is ideal for your next destination.Joshua has a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in business and marketing with a minor in mathematics. Joshua has also worked as a professional photographer and videographer. His experience allows him to offer a full marketing package for all of his listing clients. Sellers receive professional photos, a detailed video walkthrough of their home, and a customized marketing plan designed to sell a property quickly for the highest value.Joshua believes in building relationships and delivering a custom experience with every client. He believes that providing great service is the primary focus for any sales field. He prides himself in always being honest with his clients and putting their needs first in every transaction. Aside from his career, Josh is very active with volunteering in his community. He currently works with the Adaptive Golf Program, Lowcountry Habitat for Humanity, and Help of Beaufort where he currently has a position on the Board of Directors. He is also a community ambassador with the Beaufort Chamber of Commerce.Joshua currently services Beaufort, Bluffton, and Hilton Head areas.
