As a data architect at Progressive Home, formerly ASI, I design, develop, and maintain data solutions that support the business needs and goals of the organization. I collaborate with various stakeholders, such as business analysts, product managers, and developers, to understand the data requirements, define the data architecture, and implement the data pipelines and models.I have over 8 years of experience in data-related roles, starting as a database warehouse associate and progressing to a junior data architect and then a data architect. I have contributed to multiple projects and initiatives that enhanced the data quality, security, and accessibility of the organization. For example, I helped migrate the legacy data warehouse to a cloud-based platform, resulting in improved performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. I also have facilitated the scrum process in the past running standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and various other agile based meetings for the data team, ensuring timely and effective delivery of data solutions.I switche\'d gears from a developer into a full time agile delivery owner in early 2025 working with property Flood insurance for progressive, where I built relationships directly with FEMA and key business stake holders at Progressive home insurance.Currently I have recently moved into standing up a new project delivery team at PGR as an Agile Delivery owner where I have earned my A-CSM and CSPO certifications.I graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor\'s degree in computer and information sciences and support services. I have developed strong skills and competencies in program management, business analysis, project planning, and data warehousing.
