   Part of Gartner Consulting\'s Digital Talent & Organization (DTO) practice leadership team since 2015- Collaborating with other DTO leads have helped build an initial $2M key initiative into a $40M global practice; Collaborating with specific Industry Lead and Managing Partners (e.g, Federal) since 2019, have achieved significant year-over-year DTO growth increasing annual bookings from less than $1M in FY19 to over $8M in FY23- As a practice leader, partner with Managing Partners to understand their client portfolios and needs, monitor and analyze leads and opportunities (pipeline), and develop mechanisms and materials to engage clients - Engage potential or existing customers to understand their current situation, goals, perceived challenges, and provide expert advice to address their strategic questions or support their objectives- Architect solutions via leveraging Gartner services/products or independently architect new custom solutions to address requirements; also architect or work with other practice leads to develop larger cross-practice solutions- Develop proposals conveying the approach, schedule, project team, management plan, assumptions, costs, and other associated details that supports procurement- Independently execute (if advisory) or lead small to medium size teams on client engagements such as assessing and designing operating, organizational and delivery models, OR projects that focus on assessing, designing and/or improving specific business capabilities or business unit teams with respect to identifying staff/skill needs, process improvements, or how best to leverage existing technology to support desired outcomes- Work with other DTO leaders and solution offering teams to continuously manage, improve and evolve DTO solution offerings to meet client needs (e.g, share, develop, improve IP)- Build relationships, career counsel other colleagues, and coach/train less tenured colleagues
