About Joshua Uehlin
Growing up in a small town on a lake I developed a love for the water. I dreamed daily of “someday” being out on that water and through my determination and perseverance I ended up on the water, but not just any water, the ocean. I became a private yacht captain at the young age of 25 after proving myself capable through the years and constantly pushing myself for better. I got my foot in the door at Merritt’s by building top of the line yachts, then moved on to fleet Manager for charters on 55’ catamarans for Palm Breeze Charters while going to school to get my captains license. After I received my license I was able to become a private yacht captain of a 75’ Hatteras. I did all of this in the span of 2 years and enjoyed every second of making my “someday”, today. Making my dreams become a reality has been one of my biggest accomplishments and something I will never lose sight of. When I have a goal I achieve it. I have made sure that customers, teams and myself have reached their full potential. In the beverage industry I won many monthly awards for best sales and best merchandising ideas which then allowed me to train others in different cities and states. I always push myself and motivate those around me with positive results. It is no surprise that I now work in industries that help others achieve their goals and dreams while allowing me to build strong relationships. As a highly accomplished Customer Success Manager and Learning Solutions Associate I have been able to work with a multitude of different education services and assist universities, professors and students to have the best tools possible. While providing the services I have won the “Leading by Example” Award and professors have thanked me in the Acknowledgments of their textbooks. My history has shown me that we can all reach our goals and make “someday” today.
