As the Founder and CEO of Youth4Youth (formerly Teenage Helpline), I have been committed to providing essential early-intervention, peer-led mentoring support to young people across the UK since I was 14. Youth4Youth is a non-profit organisation dedicated to ensuring that no young person feels alone and can thrive as they transition into early adulthood.My own experiences as a teenager, facing challenges without adequate support, inspired me to establish this charity. I am passionate about developing and implementing clear, progressive strategies that drive the growth and impact of our services. With a proven track record in effective communication and inspirational leadership, I currently oversee the delivery of organisational strategy and lead a dynamic team of over 100 staff members.I bring extensive experience as a charity trustee and executive leader within the voluntary sector, continually striving to make a positive difference in the lives of young people.
