   Saved 100 hours for each new cloud (300+ hours per year) by standardizing the onboarding process by creating Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, configuration files, automated workflows, and detailed documentation.Designed, architected, and delivered a new automated workflow using REST APIs for creating tokens, certificates, policy requests, and validation checks required for each new region, saving 20+ hours a month in development work.Designed, developed, and implemented the solution for migrating our services\' Virtual Machines (VM) to a newer size, with zero downtime or decrease in performance, preventing complete service stoppage caused by a deprecated VM SKU.Developed a new feature to monitor the network availability from client machines to inside Azure by integrating telemetry from Map of the Internet (MOI) to our services and developed the logic to trigger alerts for degraded metrics, allowing the appropriate team to start troubleshooting immediately instead of waiting for the customer to create and submit an incident, reducing the number of customerrelated incidents.Accumulated over hours investigating, troubleshooting, and mitigating live site incidents, resulting in an average of less than 4 hours for time to mitigate (TTM) for incidents sev-2 (moderate) and up.
