Throughout my career, I’ve successfully guided both large and small organizations under resource-constrained conditions, consistently delivering results in dynamic operational environments.Currently serving as a workforce development specialist for the Navy’s Maritime Industrial Base Program, I lead all workforce and education initiatives across Pennsylvania and oversee the Talent Pipeline Program at the national level. My efforts are focused on strengthening America’s maritime superiority—an essential pillar of national security—by cultivating the next generation of skilled talent in shipbuilding and maritime manufacturing.Originally from Georgia, I’ve had the privilege of visiting more than 50 countries and living in multiple states, though I now proudly call Connecticut home. These global and domestic experiences have shaped my deep appreciation for America’s identity as a maritime nation—one sustained by a resilient, agile, and innovative industrial base.
