As the Sr. Supervisor/Manager, Sales Associates you will be responsible for coaching and supervising a team of 10-15 Sales Associates in their developmental journey. • Lead and coach a group of Sales Associates in varying stages of development • Establish and maintain a collaborative, dynamic work environment that encourages development and enables operational objectives • Communicate regularly with team members one-on-one and continuously to evaluate their performance and development • Conduct regular (in-office) co-travels with Sales Associates to identify strengths and opportunities, and foster subsequent coaching conversations • Progressively manages and assesses Sales Associates’ skill progression and overall development to the Sales Associate Skyline • Implement training and coaching solutions that support skill development and reduce the ramp-up time for Align’s Sales Associates • Collaborate with Sales Development’s instructional design team to develop a blend of tools that can enable professional development with measurable outcomes • Facilitate introductory and ongoing product and skill training to Sales Associates based on the required proficiency for their role • Collaborate with iTero and Invisalign field sales teams to support localization efforts that advance the sales process forward and support individual development • Work with Align’s Sales Development team to manage the implementation of training programs for Sales Associates • Collaborate with the Sales Development Operations team to support a training strategy that measures training effectiveness and helps identify skill gaps to further address
