Create an engaging syllabus to upskill and standardise service offering- Implement a personalised education strategy across the group for all employees- Deliver engaging training and lessons- Manage a team of educators to create engaging content which is at the forefront of new and leading research- Work closely with the Fitness Director to create and instil a passionate fitness philosophy across all areas of the group- Research a range of health and fitness education materials from training protocols, nutrition concepts, sport & exercise science studies etc. to stay abreast of expertise- Identify, select and develop learning concepts and strategies that supports excellence in three key areas:1. Customer service – member retention2. Product delivery – member retention and revenue3. Trainer journey progression – staff retention- Work closely with stakeholders and the exec members to secure budgets and permission to implement the education plan and strategy- Formulate annual training calendar in line with the education budget- Synergise equipment selection & utilisation with program & training development- Identify and select course partners that reflects our principles and ethos- Work with the Fitness Director to align training with program and operational strategies and initiatives- Work with the Fitness Director and external suppliers to ensure we continue to innovate the gym equipment and environment in the most cost effective way- Recruit, develop and lead passionate Elite Trainers that have the expertise and excellence to inspire our health and fitness teams- Work with the Campus Team Assistants to ensure a smooth training experience from course selection & booking to post course support- Work with the Fitness Director to ensure all training and gym equipment selection adheres to all health and safety requirements- Work with marketing to support the promotion of our expertise and program offering.
