This cooperative spirit underpins the Technological Evolution Roadmap I\'m instrumental in shaping and propels the demonstration of innovative capabilities.As the Enterprise License Manager, I ensure the smooth and compliant functioning of software licensing usage, overseeing strategic planning and procedural implementation. Further, my stewardship extends to managing the end-to-end requirements process, starting from needs assessment to procurement initiation.My professional life is a testament to my passion for IT, but this fervor is not confined to work.    As a portfolio manager, I am tasked with the development, acquisition, administration, and growth of capabilities that support JCSE\'s enterprise infrastructure. I identify technological evolution efforts that will improve tactical operations and create technology-based goals and/or milestones. I work with Combatant Commands and DoD Services to understand and define technical needs, to identify common courses of action, and to provide tactical communications recommendations. I form and manage collaborations with DOD Programs of Record and industry to track emerging technologies, coordinate practical demonstrations of new capabilities, and develop and sustain the Technological Evolution Roadmap. Participates in the technical administration, coordination, and direction of specific JCSE initiatives. Guides and manages the requirements process, which includes determining needs, developing design objectives, developing design solutions, and initiating procurement. Manages enterprise systems procurement from the requirements process through contract action, technical expertise, logistics of order delivery, and equipment issuance. Furthermore, I serve as the Enterprise License Manager, creating and implementing rules, strategies, procedures, and processes for maintaining and reporting on all equipment, application, and service software licensing usage.
