My obsession for real estate was sparked when I purchased my first residential investment property. It wasn’t long before that single home evolved into the co-founding of Temporary Living Solutions–a niche company specializing in providing housing for displaced homeowners. The success of Temporary Living Solutions allowed me to follow my passion into commercial real estate. People continue to ask me why of all the verticals in the commercial real-estate industry we decided to get involved in the Mobile Home Park Industry. It’s quite simple, we realized a need that has gone unfulfilled for decades. There is a shortage of affordable housing, and mobile home parks seem to be the last resort. There is a demand for low-cost housing. But there is an even greater need for quality and safety within these communities. There’s no reason affordability, quality, and safety can’t go hand in hand. It is our mission to bring stability, quality, and safety to an industry that has fallen decades behind in growth and innovation.
