Professional career in Higher education with progressive experience in fraternity/sorority affairs, residential life, institutional effectiveness, strategic planning, and project management. Presently direct a future-focused professional readiness initiative aimed at improving students written and verbal communication through the delivery of active (high-impact) learning pedagogies and practices.Ph.D in research, evaluation, statistics, and assessment.
