ABOUT JOSHUA SAUCIER

I typically find myself sitting in a boardroom surrounded by people with degrees. I\'ve never let that hold me back and jumping into something I believe in head-first. Beginning at a high school I started a job as a teller at a local credit union. My employer found my ability to learn plan and implement policy and procedure well beyond my years. At the financial institution I held varying positions from teller, Vault teller, loan processor, loan officer, indirect loan officer, credit counselor, and legal agent representing the Credit Union in civil proceedings in State and Federal Court Spanning multiple legal areas: small claimes, insurance matters, bankruptcy hearings, and building criminal case files for criminal procecution. led by my undying desire to help my fellow man I began working with Eastern Maine Healthcare systems in Telecommunications. Recently completed the certified nursing assistant program through the Eastern Maine Community College in partnership with Eastern Maine Medical Center in Eastern Maine Healthcare systems. Under solid leadership and genuine team work this department saw rapid development, produced solid results. We began to work smarter, communicate freely to construct a solution by first understand the origin of the problem. I learned what true leadership looks like. We learned how to not just work threw our problems but to solve them together. I now am a certified nursing assistant with the same drive to work smarter, and improve our process. With advanced technology we can work smarter. With Artificial intelligence the sky is only the limit until we exceed our expectations together.
