Plan and manage the division’s revenue and expenses to ensure profitable growth that meets or exceeds the company’s budgeted targets. Support the overall strategic mission for Gosiger. The champion for the implementation of Corporate initiatives for the Service Divisions. Monitor the division\'s performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) at both the overall division level and by individual division level. Provide direct supervision to the Regional and Division Service Managers. Optimize Training Programs to make the divisions scalable for service tech additions and replacements due to natural turnover. Manage relationships with the aftermarket division at our OEM vendors on a corporate level. Collaborate with peers at other distributors to share best practices. Lead migration from a Break-Fix service model to an outcome-based service model. Work with division service groups to define and sell maintenance contracts that meet profitability targets. Continuously reviews processes and procedures that make it easy for internal/external customers to do business with the department/division. Is ultimately responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
