Currently a Global Field Operations Engineer managing AWS operations for tier 2 co-location sites in the southeastern region of the US. Responsible for monitoring/ response to site critical events while also evaluating risk mitigation and tracking the maintenance practices of co-location companies to ensure a high level of performance. Audit critical changes to infrastructure and expansion of our footprints including cage builds at new/existing sites seeing those projects through to completion.Larger role across the AMER region to perform rack installs, server replacements, rack PDU and ATS replacements, NW system testing at new/ pre-delivery sites, as well as decommissioning activities. These activities are performed at over 200 locations on a break-fix basis.
