As a Salesforce Admin I bring extensive marketing and operational experience of working with CRM, MAP and other strategic tools into building out and managing business ecosystems.With a B2B marketer background (9 years + Level 6 CIM Diploma), I found that the best fit for my analytical, creative and curious nature was in developing process, platforms and data to help companies and teams work smartly and effectively. Well grounded in core CRM and MAP concepts across different platforms (including HubSpot) I have excellent end-to-end project management experience and enjoy everything from big picture thinking, to designing and implementing new processes, to onboarding/training new users.
