Leading a National People team of 14, supporting 27 locations with over 2,500 colleagues- Developed our company’s first DE & I strategy – ‘Embracing Everyone’. Interventions were initially guided by colleague insight, and external representation data. Thereafter all DE & I initiatives will be driven by a purpose-built steering group and centred around 3 key pillars – Celebrating our Superpowers, Learning Together & A Commitment to our Commitments- Led our people and cultural integration (inc. TUPE activity) for one large scale and two single site acquisitions, resulting in annual revenue growth of c.95 million and collectively welcomed over one thousand new colleagues to the organisation- Enhanced our organisations’ access to rich people data, reframing how we view our colleague populations and allowing for better informed decisions with a particular focus on reward; promotion; turnover by level; engagement; gender imbalances & pay gaps; average tenure; and time/cost to recruit- Played a key part in building and implementing Away Resorts first annual performance management programme ‘Encouraging Excellence’. The programme links overall business objectives, performance in role and total reward whilst providing the business with critical data to identify future talent, succession planning and potential risks- Full corporate centre restructure developing deeper functional capabilities and cross functional choreography whilst bringing our leaders closer to our customers and colleagues- Played a key role in developing devolved regional HR business units improving consistency of experiences for colleagues and customers.
