   Responsible engineer for design of protection and control schemes for industrial & utility substations and electrical applications including one-lines, three-lines, AC / DC schematics, and relay settings - Lead multiple design teams to develop panel and interconnect wiring as well as panel layouts and elevations - Perform power system load flow studies, fault studies, relay setting coordination, and transient studies - Mark-up and review protection schematics elementaries and wiring diagrams - Utilize customer programs to review equipment and materials established by substation engineers for P&C Designers - Lead, facilitate, and coordinate work activities of others within the work group, team, department, or those external to complete substation projects - Provide training and guidance to less experienced employees - Identify and initiate corrective action when substation project objectives are not being met - Interpret codes and regulations and develop standards for construction projects - Develop, recommend, and implement plans by establishing goals, objectives, and requirements that include all scheduling, resources, and information for complex engineering projects
