Dedicated Account Manager for two key Oil & Gas clients located in the U.S. Virgin Islands, responsible for managing all of our contractors placed onsite• Business Development Management, cultivating existing clients and uncovering innovative ways to grow current accounts as well as acquiring new business and executing Master Service Agreements (MSA\'s) with prospective clients• Build cost estimate models for clients to demonstrate transparency in markups and pricing• Contract negotiation and contract management involving liability, compensation, entitlements, and benefits• Create, maintain, and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in regards to Staff Augmentation, Compliance Checks, and Gross Profit Calculations• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Bullhorn to manage candidate and client data• Primary point of contact acting as the liaison between our company, the client, and our contractors; fielding inquiries, proactively resolving issues, and assisting other departments when needed• Support workforce management tasks, such as recruitment and onboarding of new personnel• Oversee the coordination of random Drug & Alcohol screenings, as well as compliance trainings• Review contractor timesheets to ensure accuracy (Hours Worked, Overtime, PTO, Holiday, Sick Leave etc.)• Effectively and efficiently resolve any mismanagement of payments, such as underpayments or overpayments when necessary• Develop and implement Boolean search-strings to match candidate work experience to client requirements• Submit qualified candidates to essential client vacancies with updated resumés and job responsibilities • Procure signed offer letters and start date expectations
