Connecting property owners, developers, residents, and contractors with resources to help them reduce energy costs and carbon emissions. I research and guide applicants through incentive programs and connect stakeholders in meetings and public events. I manage program outreach and intake initiatives, facilitate client meetings, maintain database reporting and procedures, and provide ad hoc support to evaluate customer success and fulfill data requests.Specific program support includes:• PG & E Single Point of Contact Deputy Program Manager: I oversee internal programmatic operations, including program scope management, policy and procedure development, budgeting, data tracking, and regular coordination with over 20 program teams. I lead client reporting and data requests and have developed one-stop-model referral procedures, GIS analytical tools, and benchmarking guidelines. We have connected over 800 inquiries representing homes to program resources. • Outreach Lead for the CEC\'s BUILD and CalEHP Programs and the CPUC\'s Energy-Smart Homes Program: I developed strategies and contact lists to launch these programs, maintain a pipeline of program applicants, and manage a team of four to conduct and report on outreach initiatives. I manage and troubleshoot the program database and applicant pipeline, resulting in enrollments of new all-electric homes by over 100 developers.
