D&Z’s SQN Outage Manager tasked with developing, organizing, scheduling and overseeing the performance of the various duties required to support the refuel & forced outages at the customer site.• Manage outage event preparations (planned/emergent/upgrade) from start to finish, including outage schedule development, cost planning, craft labor, tooling, customer management - pre/post outage meetings, mobilization & demob planning, and event close out. • Develop & maintain line of sight and long term generation unit outage plans. • Support the various departments with day to day work planning, scheduling, and execution, while providing guidance to the matrixed divisional planners to identify work priorities and tasks. • Manage onsite execution during assigned outages, ensuring site & project goals are kept foremost in mind at all times.• Produced and maintained the status readiness metrics and KPIs for the department. • Collected and produced lessons learned packages to maintain knowledge base and increase effectiveness in future outage cycles.Coordinated with the customer and the maintenance/modification organizations to produce outage plans that meet the needs of all stakeholders. Providing the highest levels of nuclear & industrial safety and efficiency, while maintaining all regulatory requirements and continuously seeking out superior methods of error reduction from around the industry to incorporate at our customer’s site.
