Hi, I’m Josh, an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has worked within the industry for over four years. During this time, I’ve operated across Permanent, Contract and Bespoke Search Agreements to support my clients the way they want to be supported. Having come from a background in Major Infrastructure and Local Authority Highway Service Contracts, I helped support clients with their Operational, Commercial and Design hires for some of the largest Infrastructure pieces in the UK.Due to my hard work, commitment and taking a transparent approach to the Recruitment process, focusing on quality and not quantity, I was able to establish fantastic relationships with some of the largest Contractors and Consultancies within the Infrastructure space. However, after four years, I wanted to make a change and embark on a new challenge. With that in mind, I was beyond excited to accept an opportunity to dive into the world of Defence with Copello Global.
