About Joshua Morris

I\'m a lifelong learner, dedicated to the pursuit of constant, incremental improvement and creating meaningful relationships with those I meet. As I head into my 4th year at Penn State University, I feel as though time is flying. This year, I am serving as the VP of Professional Development for the Penn State American Marketing Association, and I have the privilege of creating opportunities for our members to grow as professionals. I\'ve grown and learned so much from these past years, and I look to the future with excitement, knowing that I\'ve barely scratched the surface of my potential. As of right now, I\'m a marketing intern with Trane Technologies\' commercial marketing team. I\'m working on dashboards in Hootsuite for social media analytics, organizing data within the analytics program Dataroma, and implementing marketing related courses to the company\'s learning management system. Expanding my network and gaining real world experience with this company has catalyzed my professional development, and I\'m so grateful for this experience. My goal as a business professional is to become a leader in my company, community, and the world at large.
