ABOUT JOSHUA MORGANSTEIN

I graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Claremont McKenna College in 2025 with a BA in International Relations and PPE (Philosophy, Politics, & Economics). My thesis, an assessment of outer space law\'s restrictiveness vis-à-vis military activity and commercial resource extraction, won an award for Outstanding Thesis in International Security. I will be attending Harvard Law School as part of the Class of 2030 after being admitted through the Junior Deferral Program. In the interim, I am working at Boston Consulting Group. My career aspirations are centered around leveraging my passion for strategy and service to help business and government adapt to an increasingly turbulent world.While in college, I interned for the State Department, the Department of Labor, and Mehlman Consulting (a top 8 lobbying firm), and researched economics, security studies, and human rights topics for institutes at Harvard Kennedy School and CMC. On campus, I edited The Forum newspaper and served as President of CMC Model United Nations, leading the team to its first national championship and highest ranking ever. My passion for rhetoric began in high school, when I was the California State Champion in National Extemporaneous Speaking.
