Oversee all boiler procedures and training on operation and monitoring. In charge of and perform all stainless steel process pipe welding and stainlessfabrication to food grade standards. Assisted in creating Job Safety Analysis for all maintenance activities. Overseesite safety objectives through leadership and effective communications. Created/implemented a maintenance tech training course for techs to level up. Coordinate and supervise outside contractors. Help ensure all budgetary needs are met.
