Lead the finance organization for Allstate Enterprise Solutions (AES), which includes Technology Solutions, Real Estate, Procurement Services and International; lead all AES financial planning and analysis globally with teams across three geographies - Partner with senior Technology leaders to determine strategic path forward - increasing efficiency without impacting effectiveness or innovation through focus on value creation - Lead enterprise corporate finance initiatives to drive enterprise value, combining a technology finance and market-facing business perspective to identify, quantify and capture system-wide benefits - Develop and execute the Global Human Capital Plan (including contractor usage) in partnership with HR and AES Leadership, capturing both cost benefits and increasing overall productivity
