As an Enterprise Program Manager, I drive several large complex programmes to completion owning the E2E lifecycle from initiation to delivery. Working with a wide variety of stakeholders and products, I have a strong ability to build relationships, am keen to understand business processes and ensure that programmes are implemented correctly whilst delivering on time and to budget. • Managing multiple complex global programmes of work with ownership of circa £5m+ budgets per programme• Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across all areas of FIS and in multiple geographies • Leading internal teams in Development, Infrastructure, Operations, and Architecture to ensure that blockers are removed and milestones remain on track• Engaging with Legal, Compliance and Security teams to ensure that programmes meet the relevant internal and external regulations• Creating and managing project documentation across all aspects of the programmes including project roadmaps and RAID logs using tools such as Miro, Rally, and JIRA• Collaborating with key SMEs to understand possible risks, identify mitigation plans and implement risk reduction• Reporting project status, financial position, achievements and escalations to senior management• Delivering successful market entry in line with company strategy as well as introducing new Product lines• Mentoring the Project Management team in new processes and providing guidance and support across the community• Overseeing project staff to manage workload, priorities and ensure collaboration across the programme• Liaising with 3rd Parties to ensure successful delivery of programme objectives whilst managing budget and maintaining strong relationships
