ABOUT JOSHUA MCCROSKEY

With over nine years of experience in classical Christian education and administration, I am passionate about nurturing a love of Christ and a lifelong pursuit of wisdom and virtue in my students. I currently serve as the Head of School at Ad Fontes Academy, a classical Christian school in Virginia that offers a rigorous and integrated curriculum for grades K-12. As the Head of School, I oversee the academic, spiritual, and operational aspects of the school, as well as the professional development and evaluation of the faculty and staff. I am also an active teacher, currently teaching the senior Rhetoric course. My core competencies include curriculum development, leadership, community building, and communication. I have a Master of Arts degree in Religion from Liberty University and a Bachelor\'s degree in History from Carolina University. I am always eager to learn from other classical educators and administrators, and to share my insights and best practices with them. My mission is to cultivate a culture of excellence and grace within the school community, and to prepare my students for a life of faith, service, and learning.
