Valued more than $1 billion worth of technologies in the telecommunications sector over a 10-year period, resulting in large patent portfolio licensing deals involving major U.S. wireless carriers- Managed a litigation consulting project that resulted in a $700 million trade secrets verdict—the largest of its kind in Texas history—for a fintech company in the home mortgage industry- Designed and orchestrated a voluminous financial model that incorporated eight years of gas, condensate, and NGL production, pricing, and transportation cost data from dozens of Eagle Ford wells to support a $50 million claim of underpaid royalties to a landowner- Utilized out-of-the-box thinking to identify $200 million in incremental profits attributable to femtocell technology by focusing on the impact of customer churn rates- Brainstormed a new approach utilized to apportion intellectual property royalties, enabling clients to claim tens of millions of dollars in economic damages from misuse of their technologies- Controlled a dynamic Excel model that calculated projected profitability under various economic and operating scenarios for a brownfield asphalt refinery project and effectuated throughput, operating expense, and feedstock pricing scenarios.
