This candidate is a results driven professional with over 7 years of experience in Marine Engineering and 4+ years of facilities and hospitality maintenance. His experience includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and operating various systems on board several types of ships and buildings. He completed his engineering program in 2015 from The Lundeberg School of Seamanship and has the strong desire to continue to develop. Since then, Joshua has worked for many great companies and has handled a plethora of projects necessary for the ships mission or company KPI’s. Hard work and long days as well as maintaining a good mental stability is no stranger to Joshua. With 12-hour shifts for at least 120 days straight with no days off all while living out at sea onboard the ship for weeks on end, very little distorts his psyche. Safety is his #1 priority, for he has spent his time moonlighting as the property\'s Director of Safety & Security while serving the role of Chief Engineer of the Embassy Suites Downtown Pioneer Square, helping the property improve to #1 in Seattle on Trip Advisor.
