I\'m a Senior Manager at PwC in the Connected Solutions practice, where I work on a platform that uses IoT to make physical facilities smarter, safer, and more efficient.I spent 11 years at Starbucks leading product for one of the largest IoT device fleets in retail: cloud-connected devices across stores globally. That work covered device management systems, fleet observability, firmware platforms, and the operational tooling that helps field teams deploy and maintain hardware at scale. I hold three patents in connected device systems and spent a decade proving that good IoT product work shows up directly in operational metrics.Before that, I ran an innovation lab where we prototyped retail tech, shipped weekly, and built real-time measurement systems to track what was working (and what wasn\'t).Now I\'m bringing that background to clients tackling hard facility and operations problems with IoT. PwC\'s Connected Solutions platform spans indoor geolocation, remote data collection, and AI-driven signal analysis.
