Lead business development and strategic partnerships across Citi’s U.S. Consumer Cards business, focused on driving growth with top-tier retail partners across Private Label, Co-brand, and Installment Lending. • Originate and execute new partnerships with large national retailers, driving portfolio growth and long-term strategic value • Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI processes, developing differentiated value propositions and go-to-market strategies • Own strategic renewals for existing partners, securing contract extensions and expanding economics through new capabilities • Manage and develop a team, providing direction on deal execution, partner strategy, and cross-functional coordination • Partner with network providers (Visa, Mastercard) to assess industry trends and identify new vertical opportunities • Drive alignment across Risk, Finance, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Analytics to structure and execute complex deals • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with external partners and represent Citi at industry forums • Contribute to executive-level materials, including strategic initiatives and Investor Day content
