ABOUT JOSHUA KLEIN

I am an HR Consultant with LyondellBasell. I began my work career in sales where I quickly rose to my potential. I am a passionate, honest, and hard working individual who believes in the values of always improving myself and growing. I have a strong desire to learn more each and every day, even going so far as to judge a day\'s success by the amount of knowledge I have gained or lessons I may have learned.I found my success at AT & T. I won the two annual Summit trips back to back, as well as seven South Texas Most Wanted Quarterly trips. I worked very diligently and put in as many hours as necessary to find my success within the company. As a manager I was directly responsible for coming up with goals for each individual employee, for their coaching and development, and for teaching people how to work as an efficient team. I did employee onboarding, assisted with their I-9s, and trained with them side by side until they were prepared to work self-sufficiently. I also conducted training workshops built around goal setting, team work, and leadership development. As an HR Business Partner I worked with field leaders up to the VP level in the Midwest, South Central, and Northeast Regions of the country to solve issues and suggest solutions in employee relations, training and development, staffing, and HRIS. In addition to this I created a functioning leave of absence process for our employees who tested positive for COVID-19 and managed that process for employees. As a business partner I have been very fortunate to learn in several different areas of Human Resources in a very high level and fast paced environment. I am confident in my abilities to learn things very quickly, embrace change, and never stop growing.
