As a Client Specialist & Tax Planning Associate at JNBA Financial Advisors, I work closely with clients to execute account transfers, track progress on financial life planning to-dos, and help our clients fulfill their needs in a timely and efficient manner. My background in accounting, tax credits, and wealth management allows me to deliver personalized service to help individuals and families achieve their goals. I started my career as a tax accountant at Wipfli, helping prepare individual and business tax returns but soon discovered an interest in a specific area of accounting: research and development tax credits. While working at Black Line Group in the Twin Cities, I discovered a love for the broader financial planning arena. I am now happily putting my combined interest and expertise in accounting and wealth management to work for JNBA’s clients. I have a bachelor’s degree with a double major in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
