Oversee end-to-end construction operations for multi-million-dollar federal projects such as oil and gas refineries, data centers, and maritime.• Develop spreadsheets for tracking billable man hours following all contract guidelines, owner schedule requirements, and internal project budgets.• Attend all onsite meetings with owners and safety personnel.• Negotiate Change Order costs for any items falling outside our scope or not previously accounted for • Manage all preconstruction items such as required safety orientations, Disa requirements such as federal background checks, pre access as well as random drug screenings.• Oversee end-to-end construction operations, ensuring contract, safety, and technical compliance. • Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, align subcontractor performance with milestones.• Conduct site evaluations, lead weekly project update meetings with Owner, Architect, and engineers to discuss ongoing and upcoming scheduled construction activities, and address any field issues or concerns.• Attend project pre-bid meetings and site evaluations to identify scope challenges and prepare accurate cost estimates.• Negotiate subcontract agreements to enhance cost efficiency.• Manage Preconstruction requirements to ensure seamless execution of the project.
