ABOUT JOSHUA HUSS
I\'m a tinkerer, a questioner, an oldest child, a hands-on worker, a hands-off manager, a highly global learner, an empathizing people person, an outdoorsy wanderer, and all in all one of the most responsible imps you\'ll ever meet. My immediate career goals include working in a setting where I can really hone and expand my technical expertise I gained in school. Upon finding something I\'m especially passionate about, I\'d like to pursue that in grad school. Right now, my leading options are something in the medical field where I could see the people directly helped by my work, or possibly environmental chemistry. Having already been exposed to many leadership opportunities, naturally, I\'d like to pursue that track after having established myself as a valuable technical asset. I have no problem in admitting that I shine much more as a team player than as an individual star-I like working with most people. I\'m primarily interested in internal management, product development, and mentoring rather than business strategy. Lastly, I do plan on teaching at the community college level after retiring. I\'m a very marginal golfer, and I owe where I am today to the inspiration of many dedicated, enthusiastic teachers that kindled in me a greater fascination for the world around me. Maybe I\'ll have second thoughts by the time I\'m 60, but for now, even the most pleasant sedentary lifestyle sounds far too, well, sedentary for me.
