ABOUT JOSH HURST

I am a third-generation insurance professional with deep roots in the industry. Since my grandfather founded our family’s agency in 1969, one principle will always remain: take care of your clients, and everything else will take care of itself. That lesson continues to shape the way I approach the employee benefits space today.Employee benefits often represent the second or third largest expense on a company’s P&L, and I take that responsibility seriously. The healthcare landscape is complex and constantly evolving, which is why my role is to simplify the process, remove the noise, and deliver strategies that both reduce costs and enhance the employee experience. Every client has unique goals, and I take pride in tailoring benefit programs that align with those objectives while providing a clear range of outcomes so leaders can make confident, informed decisions.My philosophy is rooted in trust, transparency, and collaboration. I view every client relationship as a long-term partnership, not a transaction. My goal is to be the first call when questions arise, providing clear, genuine guidance and strategies that drive results.Ultimately, my focus is on building benefit programs that balance cost control with employee well-being, helping organizations protect their bottom line while creating a workplace culture where people feel valued.
