As Regional Service Delivery Manager, I oversee the partnership with our third-party logistics provider, managing an annual operational cost base of £46 million. I lead the strategy and delivery of core logistics across the region, ensuring critical healthcare supplies are available where and when they are needed most. My role focuses on driving service excellence, optimising performance, and shaping innovative logistics solutions that support the NHS in delivering high-quality patient care.The current focus areas are firmly on the transition to our new 3PL providers on the 1st October 2025, the delivery of our peak delivery period and delivery our 2026-27 budget with a year on year improvement in our cost base.
