In addition, he is an editor and reviewer for several peer-reviewed journals and is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM), American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), the International Society of Hip Arthroscopy (ISHA), Osteoarthritis Research Society International (OARSI), Orthopedic Research Society (ORS), Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA), The International Cartilage Repair Society (ICRS), International Congress for Joint Reconstruction (ICJR), and the Mid-America Orthopaedic Association (MAOA).Dr Harris has received multiple awards for knee articular cartilage research, shoulder arthroscopy, and arthroscopic hip preservation.
