Drive employee engagement and foster a sense of community. Provide access and exposure to senior management. • Resource Management – Manage firms resource documents by keeping all open/closed roles up to date. • HR Recurring Processes - Provide support to HR team on Performance Reviews, Compensation, Learning and Development opportunities. • Payroll - Work with finance to fund and process all of our speakers to lead our diversity programs. • Worked heavily on Microsoft Excel analyzing companies data analytics.
