The Portfolio Roof Manager (PRM) will oversee all roofs and roof related projects for the entire Schnitzer Properties portfolio. They will provide day-to-day management of roof systems on all buildings within the portfolio. Position responsibilities include working with Property Management teams to facilitate re-roof projects, set up re-roof budgets, set up roof maintenance contracts and periodic roof inspections. Additionally, the PRM will work with the Development Department on all new projects to review specifications, submittals, provide post bid analysis and observe installation of roof systems on all new buildings.\"
